Our team is expansive and diverse with a wide array of lived experience, clinical experience, and specialities that they are passionate about.
I’m a Registered Dietitian at Restored Purpose Counseling. I am licensed in both Florida and Georgia and I see clients virtually. I specialize in working with individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating, as well as anyone who is tired of dieting and wants to have a more peaceful relationship with food and their body.
I take a non-diet and weight-inclusive approach when working with clients and I feel that our counseling relationship should be collaborative. It’s important to me to listen to your lived experience. I use the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® when working with clients and I believe that all foods can be part of a healthy diet.
When I’m not working you can usually find me hanging out with my dog Wally. I love reading and spending time outside, especially hiking. I am also passionate about travel and I can’t wait for my next international trip.

I am an anti-diet Registered Dietitian at Restored Purpose Counseling seeing clients virtually. I work alongside individuals with a variety of eating disorders and disordered eating, namely ARFID, binge-eating, anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and orthorexia. I utilize a Health-at-Every-Size approach and allows me to use a weight-inclusive lens by looking at the whole person. I have experience using exposure-response-prevention to help decrease anxiety and fear with certain foods.
If I had to describe myself in one saying it would be an outgoing introvert. I am a Tampa local and you’ll find me in my free time cooking a new recipe or playing cozy video games with a candle, blanket, and of course – fuzzy socks. My favorite beverage is a Dirty Chai, which I think reflects my personality. Take the excitement from espresso, the warm, cozy flavors from chai, and you get a unique blend.
My passion stems from helping individuals fall in love with food, or fall back in love. I don’t think there is a better way to understand a person’s history or culture without considering the food and their relationship with food that they had growing up. For me, it’s the stories shared regarding food that can
paint a picture. I implore you to get curious, what drives you to eat the food you eat?
I am a non-diet Registered Dietitian, seeing clients virtually and in-person in the Winter Park office. My primary focus is on supporting individuals dealing with eating disorders and disordered eating. I use evidence-based methods like Intuitive Eating and All-Foods-Fit, understanding the challenges in your relationship with food. My counseling style is rooted in empathy, empowering you to find joy in your food experience.
I'm dedicated to dismantling diet culture and promoting an inclusive approach to nutrition counseling. Emphasizing individualized care, I honor your unique journey, aiming to create an environment where you can find peace and enjoyment in your relationship with food. I welcome those seeking support on their path to a healthier and more fulfilling connection with food and their bodies.
On the weekends, I enjoy going to the farmers market, trying out a new recipe, and exploring new restaurants and coffee shops around Orlando. My favorite form of self-care is spending time outdoors on a walk, or relaxing at home with my cat named Atlas.
