We also provide online counseling services to people located throughout the entire state of Florida, as well as some other states like New Jersey and South Carolina.

Services we offer

Here's a glimpse into the services our Orlando therapists (and dieticians) offer. For more detailed information, visit our services page.

Individual counseling

Our therapists in central Florida and beyond use a variety of therapeutic techniques to help best serve the unique needs of each individual client. Some of our specialties include eating disorder therapy, trauma therapy, and anxiety therapy. Many of our clinicians are trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). For those in eating disorder recovery, we also offer 1:1 nutrition counseling sessions.

Group therapy

While we believe in the power of individual therapy, we also recognize how healing it can be to process your thoughts and feelings in a group of people with similar life experiences. While our groups are generally geared toward eating disorder recovery, anyone who is interested in reevaluating their relationship with food can benefit.

Meal support

Mealtimes can be difficult when you're recovering from disordered eating. This is separate from our therapy offerings but can be highly supportive to people who are looking to shift their food behaviors and want help doing so in real time.

Our approach to therapy in Orlando & Winter Park, FL

Dealing with mental health issues, behavioral challenges, or life stress can be difficult. Thankfully, you don't have to do it alone. Working with a therapist in Orlando (or virtually throughout the state of Florida) can give you the support and empowerment you need to tackle your issues head-on.

We believe that therapy is most effective when tailored to your unique needs, values, and preferences. You'll work one-on-one with your therapist to identify goals for your work together and lay out a plan to help you get there. Each of our therapists is committed to making the counseling room a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the process.

Our clients are often people who are struggling with their relationship with food and their bodies. Some have been diagnosed with an eating disorder while others simply want to find freedom from the toxic messaging of diet culture. Others face different challenges, including:
  • Self-doubt
  • Difficult life transitions
  • Family conflict or toxic relationships
  • Feeling stuck
  • Anxiety or depression
  • Substance abuse
...and more. If you're looking for a safe place to process whatever you're struggling with, we're here to help. Together, we can help you lead a happier, more fulfilling life.
