I am the founder of Restored Purpose Counseling. I am a licensed therapist in Jacksonville, Florida. I work alongside those recovering from an eating disorder, wanting to break free from diet culture, and/or wanting to reconnect with their purpose without anxiety present.
You can find me drinking coffee every morning (Americano, please!), taking a quick trip to the beach every chance I get, spending time outdoors, soaking up the sun, and having quality time with my husband and son. I’m always up for new challenges that life throws my way, but most nights I can’t stay up past 11pm.
LMHC, LPC, CEDS-S, CAP
I’m a licensed psychologist and Certified Eating Disorders Specialist in Jacksonville, FL, and I am the clinical director at Restored Purpose Counseling. My passion is in helping individuals improve their relationships with food and their bodies. Promoting awareness of eating disorders in the community, advocating for body positivity, and kicking diet culture to the curb are some of my personal favorites. In addition to treating eating disorders and body image concerns, I treat anxiety disorders, depression and other mood disorders, and adjustment disorders.
Family and friends mean everything to me. That includes my four-legged best friend, Buffy. I am grateful for the wonderful relationships I have and to be close to my hometown of St. Augustine, FL. In my free time, you will find me at the beach, walking my pup, baking, or watching scary movies. All with dog hair on my clothes, probably.
PsyD, CEDS
I'm a licensed therapist at Restored Purpose Counseling in Tampa, Florida. I work alongside adults and adolescents; helping them in their journey towards wellbeing and wellness. I'm passionate about working with individuals struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, body image issues, and mood and anxiety disorders. Working through recovery, finding freedom and peace with yourself and food is challenging and my hope is to guide, support and provide you with the tools and skills needed to gain meaningful purpose in life.
I enjoy working with a combination of CBT, DBT, exposure response prevention therapy (ERP) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an emotion and image focused, evidenced-based trauma treatment. I find that by using these modalities there's opportunity for individualized and holistic tools and guidance based on individuals unique needs. Additionally, i'm working towards my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Certification (CEDS) to continue to further expand my knowledge on the most updated research and evidenced based treatments for eating disorders.
Given that I'm a bit of a mix of an introvert and extrovert, in my spare time you can find me taking care of my plants and gardening, coming up with a new DIY project, or binge watching a show while cuddling with my pup and two cats! On my extrovert days, you can find me brunching out with friends, at some outdoor adventure (w/ the pup of course!), or squishing-in a family or friends trip here and there.

MSW, LCSW
I am a licensed eligible therapist at Restored Purpose Counseling in Jacksonville, Florida. My passions lie in helping those with eating disorders, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency, personality disorders, and more. I believe that we all can and have a right to heal from unhealthy ways of living or relationship patterns that leave us depleted instead of restored. Additionally, I believe that by increasing coping skills, self-esteem, and levels of hope our quality of life can, in response, also increase.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my life partner (I am a proud member of the LGBT community), daughter, and feline fur babies. Since I am more on the introverted and artistic side, my hobbies include watching shows or movies at home, listening to music, reading, and expressive arts such as fashion, makeup, hair, and home decorating. Oh, and coffee, throw a cup of coffee into the equation and I am a happy girl.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Restored Purpose Counseling in Winter Park, Florida. I work with those recovering from eating disorders, healing from trauma, and regulating mood disorders. I believe that each and every one of us has the ability to overcome life’s adversities and obstacles with the appropriate support and tools that therapy provides. No field is too vast, no soil is too dense, to rise above the adversity presented in life. Everyone deserves the chance to live up to their full potential and grow into the person they were meant to become.
I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach as well as various treatment modalities such as CPT, TF-CBT, and DBT to help clients in processing emotions, challenging negative thought patterns, understanding the impacts of life’s adversities, and making behavioral changes.
In my free time you can find me sipping on an iced chai tea latte, cozied up in my favorite sweater, or planning my next traveling adventure. I live for the small things in life like a vibrant sunset, the cold side of the pillow, a breeze on a hot day, and the sound of rain at night. I am fascinated by all the wonders of the world, with constant curiosity streaming through my head. I’m a lifetime learner,
and a long-term dreamer.

I am a licensed eligible therapist at Restored Purposed Counseling in Lakeland, Florida. My focus is on using a whole-person approach to manage anxiety, tackle depression, eating disorders, body image, and move through life stressors better. I understand how hard it can be to want to find a reliable support system but don't know where to turn. That's why I chose to dedicate my life to create a safe space for people to do just that.
I have found that the best way to get my own self-care in is through movement – usually through a walk around the lake with my pup or doing a group movement class alongside my friends. My favorite meal is brunch any day, and I live for finding the best little coffee shop in every city I visit.

I am a licensed eligible therapist at Restored Purpose Counseling in Jacksonville FL. I believe that each person innately holds the answers to their own healing, yet it can often be blocked by deeply embedded societal systems, stigmatization, oppression, and past trauma. I believe that with support, each person can discover, trust, and give voice to their most authentic self. Therapeutically, I endeavor to co-create solutions with those who are experiencing unwanted effects of trauma which can show up in our lives in many ways (anxiety, depression, addiction, grief & loss, and relationship discord). My therapeutic approach is founded on safety, transparency, collaboration, intersectionality, mutual respect, and curiosity.
I am an introvert who can channel extrovert qualities; however, I will likely need a nap or an audible session with a quality sci-fi/fantasy book afterward. I love all animals and consider myself an avid adventurer, which often manifests itself in travel and type two fun. – I look forward to working with you!
