We are currently seeking a Clinical Outreach Director position to join our practice. This is a Full-Time W2 position. This is a fully remote role with regular field travel within the assigned territory. Candidates must reside in the designated region and have reliable transportation. The position requires the ability to use standard office equipment and keyboards, communicate by phone, and sit or stand as needed.

Primary Job Description:Lead outreach and marketing efforts by building community relationships, managing social media, and driving engagement to expand Restored Purpose Counseling’s impact across Florida.

Secondary Job Description: Support clinical and administrative operations by collaborating with treatment teams, creating marketing content, attending events, and assisting with professional education and mentorship opportunities.


Hours: 40 hours/week. The schedule is primarily daytime remote work, with occasional evening or weekend hours for events.

Compensation: Dependent on qualifications

Location: FL based, must reside near a metro area with access to transportation.

• Create and post daily social media content 
• Build and maintain strong relationships through video calls, in-person meetings, events, and educational presentations, collaborating with Restored Purpose Counseling’s leadership to create meaningful connections and impactful engagement.
• Monitor social media accounts, including but not limited to: answering messages, monitoring and responding to comments, commenting on posts, and posting in groups. 
• Create new ad campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Create and build email campaigns.
• Create email newsletters/updates and send out and track open/click through ratios. 
• Generate sales/leads through Social Media & Google Ads.
• Testing variations of ads to determine best performing.
• Continuous monitoring of results and improving ads.
• Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns.
• Communicate with the SEO team and track SEO metrics 
• Find and conduct outreach with other professionals in order to promote RPC
• Attend Networking events and communicate with professionals 
• Attend weekly check in sessions with CEO to review marketing efforts
• Adjust marketing strategies based on performance 
• Communicate with the Google Ads team and manages tracking of ads
• Developing procedure to best track referrals, client retention and metrics.
• Create and track KPI for marketing campaigns, referrals, and outreach
• Regularly meet with the CEO to discuss/resolve front of house obstacles & marketing strategies.
• Use tools such as Slack Lists to manage projects and track completion
• Implement a CRM system to track client acquisition
• Continually develop methods to ensure the efficiency of the Marketing efforts 
• Creating daily content and posting on social media. 
• Conducting outreach with other professionals in order to promote RPC 
• Answer messages and comments on social media.
• Orders marketing materials as needed.
• Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and/or the CEO

• Cross train and cover Care Coordination Department as needed

• Understanding of social media, google ads, and SEO
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Highly Organized and self starter.
• Proficiency and fluency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing English.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Understanding of eating disorders and mental health concerns.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS, preferably in Communications, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience working with social media marketing
• Experience conducting outreach meetings
• Experience with Canva, G-Suite, & Mass email marketing preferred
• Experience conducting outreach meetings preferred
• Experience working with google ads & SEO preferred
• Experience working in the mental health or dietetics field preferred
• Experience working with Eating Disorders preferred

Ideal candidates will have:

• Availability and interest in working full-time with occasional evenings and weekends to attend professional events.
• Ideal candidates should have at least one-year of experience in marketing, preferably within a mental health or medical setting. 
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with staff and build strong rapport
• A willingness to receive and integrate feedback
• Ideally, the candidate will have an understanding of eating disorders and the HAES model
• Friendly, people oriented and excited to be a part of this team!
